Xenstra worked closely with a European client on several projects to deliver completely new concepts for forward area resupply in what was for that client a completely new market. An initial contract of €3.5M was awarded in 2016, with deliveries extending to 2018.
Xenstra’s scope of services included:
- Concept development and fine-tuning
- Senior (2*, 3*) presentations on a suite of capability requirements
- Aligning Saudi capability desires with what could practically be delivered within the timetable and budget
- Contract negotiation and program work-up
- Negotiating and establishing an agency/support presence in territory
- Extensive Manual and documentation writing and fine-tuning, including MRO, parts lists etc.
- Managing the cultural differences between European and Saudi expectations
