  • Close coordination with US DoD staff at strategic and tactical level to generate capabilities
  • Patent management and ring-fencing
  • Preparation of both TDP and contractual proposals; alignment with Mil Stds and other FARs
  • Coordinating with German supplier the optimum project team composition
  • Solicitation clarifications and negotiations
