Xenstra GmbH worked with a German client to develop a high-mobility fuelling solution for service in forward areas/FOBs, including deployment in the tough Afghanistan environment.

A total of 35 systems over two contracts have so far been delivered since 2009, contractual total being nearly £6.5M.

Our scope of services included the following:

  • Working with UK MoD to deliver a systems statement fully compliant with their short and longer-term operational requirements
  • Aligning these requirements with the original OTS offering provided by the German supplier
  • Contract work-up, including ILS, documentary upgrades and codification
  • Negotiating and resolving outstanding regulatory issues raised post-contract award.

Xenstra has generated approaching $35M over three contracts with two discreet product families for our client since 2017.
